The new website is distinctive in its form and content. It includes all the services and information needed by the browsers, presented in a simple manner and using a clear language. The new website contains sections specific to the Bank’s campaigns with their details and features. In addition to a section specific to commission and interest of the services, transfers, loans, deposits, foreign rates and currency exchange rates. In addition, the bank provides a feature to calculate the expenses and interest of a loan that the customer wants to benefit from, and a feature of submitting applications through the new website.

Among the most important services that the website provides is the online banking service, which enables customers to view their accounts and identify the latest transactions, transfers and deposits, in addition to paying bills and adding credit to cell phone balance. The service is provided through the Bank’s partnership with a group of companies, including: Palestine Telecommunications Company "PALTEL", Jawwal, Wataniya Mobile, Jerusalem District Electricity Co., Gaza Electricity Distribution Corporation, Hadara Internet Services, Call U Internet services, Gemzo Communications and Net Stream.

The new online banking service enables the Bank’s customers to submit an application to pay the bills of the companies that provide them with services, view all bills and pay them through their bank account, in addition to easily and conveniently adding credit to their cell phone balance; noting that the Bank is unique in providing this service amongst Palestinian banks.

In addition, Bank of Palestine have been working since several of months on developing a bank account application for smart phones, as the Bank is almost ready to complete the operation of the new application and deliver it to the customers, based on its belief in the need to meet its customers’ modern needs and increase their comfort in access to services and information wherever they are.
