In addition, the bank provides a feature to calculate the expenses and interest of a loan that the customer wants to benefit from, and a feature of submitting applications through the new website.
Among the most important services that the website provides is the online banking service, which enables customers to view their accounts and identify the latest transactions, transfers and deposits, in addition to paying bills and adding credit to cell phone balance. The service is provided through the Bank’s partnership with a group of companies, including: Palestine Telecommunications Company "PALTEL", Jawwal, Wataniya Mobile, Jerusalem District Electricity Co., Gaza Electricity Distribution Corporation, Hadara Internet Services, Call U Internet services, Gemzo Communications and Net Stream.
